After losing our prized Ram; Tammarac II on 8/25/2018 (Suspected Heart worm) Tammarac II came from a Farm in Valdosta Georgia were this is a problem.
We purchased another registered Katahdin Ram from Melon Head Farms on May 27th 2019. Because he was a yearling we did not have any lambs in 2019 but we are back on Schedule for the Spring of 2020.
Two of our ewes have dropped their lambs so far this year.
Sandy was first, the lamb was born on 2/29/2020. Beacuse this is a leap year and the leap day of the year we have named him “Leapey”.
